On the issue of forming a thrifty personality

The article considers the problem of forming the qualities of a frugal personality among students of a pedagogical college. In modern education, the concept of lean manufacturing is becoming increasingly relevant. There was a need for systematic training of lean personnel. It becomes advisable to determine the qualities of a frugal personality that a graduate of a teacher training college should possess. The formation of these qualities contributes to a value-based approach to the performance of work functions and personal development. The established competence model of the lean personality includes ideological and value issues of personality development, peculiarities of thinking, specific skills in the field of methods and tools of lean production. The results of the diagnostic study presented in the article allow us to determine theideas of students of the pedagogical college about lean technologies, the key qualities of a lean personality: lean thinking, time management, self-regulation and self-control.
