More on corporate culture in university educational environment

The article presents an analysis of psychological and pedagogical results on the problem of students’ corporate culture in educational practice of the university. We have emphasized that the concept of “corporate culture” has become acute for universities in a crisis. The article draws a distinction between the corporate culture in business and in the educational organization. We believe that the corporate culture in the educational organization should be based on humanist attitudes and close interaction of all subjects of the educational process. This will create conditions for the development of a positive corporate, which is a necessary condition for effective management, sustainability and competitiveness of organizations in the modern context.
