Considering the issue of training to the innovative activities of the specialists of the sphere of public administration: the analysis of the normative base

The article deals with the analysis of the normative base, regulating the specialists’ training in “State and municipal management”. There is substantiated the necessity of the formation of the readiness to the innovative activity in the process of the professional training of future specialists in “State and municipal management”, there is demonstrated the degree of the relevance of the issue in the basic legal documents.
