On the issue of the impact of digitalization on the development of internal entrepreneurship in an organization

This article examines the relationship between support for digital technologies and intrapreneurial behavior of organizational employees. The study found that managerial support for innovation and intrapreneurial self-efficacy moderated this relationship. In addition, the author concludes that the implementation of intelligent decision support systems is an important factor in effective intrapreneurial behavior, but its impact varies depending on the level of support and self-efficacy.
