Study on the effective use of secondary sea-buckthorn raw material resources

The search for effective technologies of processing secondary raw materials is an urgent task considering the environmental crisis in our country and throughout the world. The article deals with the problems of increasing the efficiency of fruit and berry raw materials processing, particulary the use of secondary raw materials. For this purpose, sea buckthorn fruit suit the best, since they are one of the main berry crops grown in the Republic of Buryatia. Buckthorn grows in sufficient for processing quantities on the territories. The article focuses on developing schemes for the production of flour and pastille confectionery products. It reveals the method of drying and dividing into fractions for processing secondary sea buckthorn raw materials obtained after juice pressing. The paper studies effect of the additive on the quality indicators of the churned semi-finished product and finished flour confectionery products.
