On the issue of determining the specialization of a tourist cluster based on cultural heritage sites

The article considers the problem of reasonable choice of specialization of a tourist cluster formed on the basis of cultural heritage sites. The evolution of the concept of specialization of tourist clusters is revealed and the need for a comprehensive analysis in the process of its definition is substantiated. A comprehensive six-step algorithm for determining the optimal specialization of a tourist cluster has been developed. The algorithm is a universal tool aimed at minimizing subjectivity in decision-making and provides a transition from analyzing the potential of a heritage site to forming a unique cluster value proposition, taking into account current economic trends.
