On the issue of organization of project activities in the educational process for future lawyers

The article addresses the issue of organizing project-based activities in the educational space of higher education as one of the indicators of the quality of academic independence among future lawyers. To achieve the objectives set forth, the following research methods were employed: theoretical methods (analysis of literature related to the research topic and the regulatory and legislative framework governing educational activities in higher education institutions), empirical methods (content analysis of educational organizations’ websites and monographic research), as well as the author’s pedagogical experience. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that the developed project assignments, taking into account the specifics of the discipline’s work program, can later be used in conducting training sessions for law students. The theoretical and practical significance of the research lies in the theoretical justification of the application of project tasks and confirmation of their effectiveness: all presented tasks reflecting the specifics of the organization of project activities can be applied in the pedagogical process.
