Quality and safety control of the water used in food production

The article is devoted to the problems of quality control of the water used in food production. The authors consider the reasons of high degree of impurity of water in the system of centralized water supply; the comparative analysis of requirements to the quality of water, established in the Russian Federation and other countries is carried out. The results of research of plumbing and artesian water quality used in food production are given in the article.
