To the problem of drill parameter optimization taking into account torsion oscillations

The problems of minimizing the torsion oscillations during well drilling on oil and gas have been solved in this work. We got ratio that allows dividing the spheres of regime parameters management on different zones of drilling tool behavior. It gives the opportunity to optimize drilling regimes depending on the well depth.
