On the issue of designing a training program for the self-development of subjectivity of university teachers

The study of the conceptual foundations of state policy in the field of healthcare, including on issues of cognitive health, and the analysis of the results of the diagnosis of subjectivity of university teachers made it possible to highlight the problem of research. The identified problem lies in the insufficient formation of the subjectivity of teachers, which is the basis of competencies in the field of self-organization of health care. At the same time, the federal educational standards set out the state’s requirements for the higher education system in the development of subjectivity of university teachers 25 universal health-saving competencies оfthe students.The need to resolve this contradiction indicates the relevance of the study. The aim of the work is to confirm the assumption that the training program for the development of subjectivity of teachers can become one of the effective means to promote their personal and professional self-development in the field of cognitive health. The methodological foundations of the research are axiological, person-ality-oriented, event-based, subject-activity and subject-resource approaches. The results of the study allowed us to identify the research idea that specially organized educational activities can contribute to the personal and pro-fessional self-development of both teaching staff and their students. The theoretical significance and novelty of the study lies in the fact that the systematization and generalization of approaches to the essence of cognitive health and the analysis of psychosocial factors in the development of cognitive disorders allowed us to identify approaches to the design of a training program that ensures the development of subjectivity of teaching staff as a resource factor of cognitive health and a means of personal and professional self-development. The practical significance is determined by the author’s approach to the development of a training program that can be used in practical activities by university psychologists.
