This article discusses the impact of physical fitness directly on the moral and psychological state of law enforcement officers (hereinafter referred to as ATS). The paper notes the general importance of physical fitness for an employee of the Department of Internal Affairs. In the process of fulfilling their professional duties, employees of the Department of Internal Affairs should be ready to take and perform competent, fast, highly professional actions. In this context, it is emphasized that an employee of the Department of Internal Affairs has a social status that is supported by the justified expectations of citizens related to a person's professional activity, his behavior realized in situations of professional interaction, and according to this, the importance and role of maintaining a stable moral and psychological state is proved. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that it is necessary to pay attention to the introduction of modern practices in the educational process of physical training in order to form the proper moral and psychological state of future police officers.
