This article examines the importance of qualitative methods in comparative pedagogical research, highlighting their potential for identifying and substantiating the socio-pedagogical factors of the phenomena under study. The authors emphasize the importance of the Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA) method for identifying cause-and-effect relationships, as well as determining necessary and sufficient conditions for achieving research goals in the field of comparative pedagogy. The article discusses the algorithm, advantages, and limitations of this method. Furthermore, the scientific work includes examples of the successful application of QCA in various aspects of educational practice, confirming its relevance and necessity in modern research. In conclusion, the importance of further development of qualitative methods in comparative pedagogical research is emphasized, which will lead researchers to understand the impact of the context on educational systems.
