Quality of teacher training in a region

The article considers problems of modern education that requires a radical activities re-direction. The article raises the questions of quality of regional pedagogical personnel training which determines professional self-development of a teacher. The author notes that a change of a pedagogue’s aim direction where selfrealization and self-organization are the most important components of a person’s self-development must be the principle orientation in pedagogic staff work of the Higher School.
