The quality of professional training in the university: the problems of diagnostics and the perspectives of optimization

The problem of comparison of students’ emotional attitude to the professional training and the quality of education in the university in the context of modern model of higher education, social demands, tendencies on the labor market and employers’ requirements is analyzed in the article. The necessity of consideration the emotional factor in the process of organizing the quality monitoring of professional training in the university is explained. The author states methods, criteria, parameters for neutralizing students’ negative emotional attitude, for objective assessment of the quality of educational services. The problem is investigated on the example of music teacher’s professional training.
