Quality of labour life as factor ensuring economic growth

Article is devoted to studying of category "quality of labor life" which acts as a component of the integrated concept "quality of life" of the population. Stages of formation of both concepts are presented, their interrelation and interconditionality are marked out, approaches to determination of parameters of assessment of quality of labor life are considered, the practical value of improvement of quality of labor life for ensuring economic growth is defined.
