Quality of labor life: training and approaches

The article considers the main approaches to assessing the quality of the working life of enterprise employees: systemic, subject-object, value-oriented. In the framework of the approach proposed by the author, it is advisable to consider the quality of working life from the perspective of the employer and employee. Particularly important emphasis in the analysis of the quality of working life of an employee is given to forms of employment. The article gives a detailed description of one of the non-standard forms of employment - freelance.
