Personnel security of the enterprise: approaches, diagnostics, directions of improvement

In this paper, the importance of ensuring personnel safety for the effectiveness of the enterprise is substantiated. As a result of the analysis of theoretical sources, the existing definitions of the definition of «personnel security» are highlighted, on the basis of which the authors propose to consider security in the personnel sphere as a multi-level system of social and labor relations between its participants. The work also reflected the conditions for the implementation of personnel security at the micro level, which help minimize threats posed by personnel at any stage of the company’s development. The analysis of the personnel security system based on the example of specific enterprises made it possible to identify similar problems in the personnel sphere and conclude that organizations are in a crisis situation, therefore, it is necessary to develop measures to strengthen the personnel component of economic security. The authors proposed basic technologies that allow counteracting dangers in the personnel sphere and acting as priority areas in the personnel management process for the analyzed enterprises. The developed recommendations can be applied by business entities of various fields of activity when developing a personnel safety system, which will increase the effectiveness of decisions made on the development of the organization and its economic potential as a whole.
