The structure of personnel security of the enterprise

This article examines personnel security as one of the decisive factors for the successful economic activity of an enterprise in a competitive market. External and internal factors influencing the personnel security of the enterprise are considered. The structure of personnel security is revealed, highlighting the main elements. The need to develop a concept of personnel security that takes into account these factors is substantiated, to determine the degree of risk of their influence, and also to conduct the process of managing personnel security at all stages of one’s business processes.
