Personnel support of municipal control bodies: peculiarities of legal regulation in conditions of digitalization

The article considers the issues of legal regulation of the formation and activities of the personnel of municipal control bodies in the context of digitalization in connection with the change in Russian legislation on control (supervision). The corresponding legal framework of the federal and municipal levels was analyzed (on the example of the city of Kursk) and conclusions were drawn about the need for additional professional training of municipal employees of control bodies. It is necessary to detail the status of employees of municipal institutions with control powers and adjust the content of their job descriptions.
