The customization of hotel services through mobile app management

This article describes the effective use of a mobile application for managing hotel services in real estate objects by customizing services. The application provides individual support for guests using smart home systems, increases the level of comfort of stay and ensures energy-efficient maintenance of the hotel premises. In the course of analyzing solutions to the actual problem of forming conditions for customizing hotel services, the authors propose to use smart home systems, including: wireless communication technologies, computer vision and the Internet of Things. Such systems allow you to control lighting, power supply, climate, access system, video surveillance and household appliances, which ensures the comfort and safety of your stay, and also prevents man-made emergencies. The article also discusses the advantages and disadvantages of such solutions for hotel enterprises. The research results are presented as the structure of the interface solution of the mobile application. The data obtained confirm the effectiveness of this approach in improving the quality of service in the hotel business.
