"Chinese text" in Soviet literature of 1920-1930-ss.

The article deals with the so-called "Chinese Text" in literary works of Russian writers thanks to which Russian readers could learn the realias of common Chinese folk, their fight for the better living, problems of economic and social development, people's aspiration to achieve material and spiritual harmony. All these aspirations coincided with the hopes of Russian folk. Chinese theme and images of Chinese people appear in many Russian literary works of 1920-s, thus creating mutual understanding of cultural peculiarities of the two peoples. Literary works of Russian writers of 1920-1930-ss are also of historical value as they represent a kind of a cultural bridge that was gradually forming itself in the process of interaction and mutual enrichment of cultural values of the two grat countries - Russia and China, and their people.
