Classification of construction waste and proposals for its addition

Currently, in large cities, existing buildings and structures are increasingly being dismantled (demolished). This can happen for various reasons, for example, as part of a renovation or due to an emergency technical condition. As a result of dismantling (demolition), a large amount of construction waste is generated, which must be properly disposed of, including for reuse. This article discusses the existing classification of construction waste. The current standards and publications containing the classification of construction waste generated during the dismantling of buildings and structures were analyzed. Solutions for the development and additions to the existing regulatory framework are proposed.
