Classification of loose mixture in pneumatic separator

The paper analyzes classification of crushed substances in high quality food production. The problem in the focus is the lack of analytical apparatus for calculating operating parameters of equipment for food processing. At the same time, the authors propose physical and mathematical model of maximum close to description of real mechanical process in quantitative analysis of crushed mixture classification. The article studies quantitative modeling of separation particle mixtures process in working volume of a pneumatic separator. The data obtained correspond to physical meaning of process under study and, accordingly, it established possibility of loose mixtures classifying based on pneumatic separator
