Clinical manifestations of coagulopathy in patients with new coronavirus infection, approaches to prevention and treatment (literature review)

Coronavirus infection, COVID-19, was a reason of pandemia that was declare at 11.03.2020. It lasts more than three years, but its ending was not mean that infection is not dangerous for people. This review includes domestic and foreign literature data about complications due to covid-associated coagulopathy. It is indicated that thromboembolic complications may be at venous or arterial vascular bed. Hemorrhagic complications with massive and life-threatening bleeding are possible too. It is discussed antithrombotic therapy with heparin preparations, NOAC and antiplatelets agents.
