Summary The article presents an example of chemoradiation treatment of a patient with locally advanced oropharyngeal cancer in the presence of severe somatic pathology. The chosen algorithm of treatment with the use of effective chemotherapy regimens and modern radiological modes of irradiation made it possible to obtain good immediate results of treatment with minimal toxicity
