Clinical case of breast pleomorphic sarcoma

The article presents clinical observation of the combined treatment of a rare case of pleomorphic breast sarcoma in a 49-year-old woman. The described case shows the difficulties of making adiagnosis and the possibility of combined treatment according to a conditionally radical treatment program with modern surgical approaches and radiation fractionation modes. The use of this approach allowed to obtain good immediate results of treatment with minimal complications and without deterioration of the quality of life. In some cases, it is also possible to completely cure patients with malignant tumors with unfavorable histological forms, in particular, such as pleomorphic breast sarcoma.
