Clinical and diagnostic value of microcirculation violations at patients with hypertensive crises

In article research of 60 patients with a hypertensive disease and hypertensive crises is conducted. Microcirculation indicators were investigated. At patients with the complicated hypertensive crisis the indicator an arithmetic average value of parameter M was 15,1% lower in comparison of patients of control group, and RKK indicator - is 20% higher. The index of specific consumption of oxygen in tissue in group of patients with the complicated hypertensive crisis was 68% higher, than at patients of control group, and the indicator of R/S was 75% higher in comparison with patients with uncomplicated hypertensive crisis. Am/SKO at patients with the crisis complicated hypertensive I was 26% lower in comparison with patients with uncomplicated hypertensive crisis and is 8,6% lower in comparison with patients of control group. At patients with hypertensive disease and the complicated hypertensive crises mainly spastic type of microcirculation which is shown in decrease in perfusion, increase of a reserve of a capillary blood-groove, reduction the quantity of the functioning capillaries, decrease in saturation of oxygen is noted.
