In article the professional risk factors leading to development of a syndrome of emotional burning out, the industrial-caused diseases and to decrease in success of professional work at the personnel of the first help are considered. Results of stage-by-stage realization of the program of mediko-psychological maintenance of preventive maintenance of these conditions are presented.
