This article is devoted to changes in the system of Russian education. On 09.01.2016, entered into force of the federal state educational standards for children with disabilities, who put forward specific requirements for educational institutions. In connection with the new requirements of the standard, some children with SEN, most similar in their development to regulatory, law and legally redistributed from the special education space - special (correctional) schools - in secondary school media space. The main reason for this phenomenon - educational institution is the main institution, the basis for successful socialization of the child. This article is devoted to the problem of inclusion analysis of its practical implementation, in the framework of the implementation of pre-school institutions (four kindergartens) in the Moscow city at the moment.
