Team building and personality management

This article analyzes the stable links between team building and personality management activities (personality management). The most common instrumental spectrum of personality management used in team building for the formation of a personal profile of each team member is considered. A competent combination of different types of personalities associated with the specifics of the purpose and type of activity of the organization will significantly increase the effectiveness of both the team-building procedure and its activities.
