Commercial hiring of premises : problems of current legislation and ways to solve them

The article deals with topical issues concerning the contract of commercial hiring of premises. In work the analysis of regulations of the current legislation regulating the contract of commercial hiring of premises was carried out. The author of the article identifies the problems of legislative regulation of this type of contract and the ways to solve them by making changes to the current legislation.
