Communicative personality “chatterer”: lexicographical interpretation and real communication

The article deals with the analysis of the interpretation of the concept “chatterer” presented in the modern Russian lexicography. There are revealed the variants of the realization of the communicative personality “chatterer” discovered in the context of the National corpus of the Russian language. The author concludes that a chatterer is an abstract invariant of the specific communicative personalities. There are revealed such kinds of a chatterer as a demagogue, a bore and a joker in the real communication.
