There is established the direct correlation between functional-active approach in teaching of spontaneous communication in foreign language for achieving the urgent goals for speakers and communicative-active theories of cognitive linguistics, studying the processes of linguistic thinking, understanding and utterance production, and speech behavior in standard situation of communication.
