Competence of teacher self-improvement: current aspects of study and development

The article deals with the essence and structure of teacher’s self-improvement as activity and process based on the analysis of the modern scientific literature. There is specified the comprehension of teacher’s competence. The authors substantiate the unity of the cooperation of the personal and professional aspects in the structure of the competence of teacher’s self-improvement. There is formulated the author’s definition of the concept “the competence of teacher’s self-improvement”.
