As a result of the social justice and human rights movement, inclusive education has become a fundamental human right for all, including children with special needs. To ensure this fundamental right, inclusive education is the most viable option. The learning and performance of students depends to a large extent on the competence of teachers. Understanding the role of technology in education, relating to any hardware, software, tools, Internet services or equipment, plays a vital role in the success of the learning process.
