We present a clinical observation on the dynamics of changes in the lungs of COVID-19-associated pneumonia according to computed tomography (CT) data from the first days of the development of symptoms to its long-term outcome. Chest CT scans were performed weekly after detecting changes in the lungs typical for COVID-19-associated pneumonia up to the patient's discharge. The final control CT scan of the chest organs was performed 3 months after the patient's clinical recovery. The peculiarity of this clinical case is that, despite repeated swabs from the nose and throat, laboratory tests did not show the presence of coronavirus. At the same time, an excess of the reference value of IgG antibodies to coronavirus (18 IU/ml) was obtained. Other features of the course of the disease were the development of lymphadenopathy in the mediastinum, as well as effusive pleurisy and the development of the disease against the background of pre-existing frosted glass in the middle lobe of the right lung.
