Complex assessment of foreign tourists' satisfaction level with quality of tourist services in Moscow

The quality assessment of the tourist product and services is an actual problem of science and practice. It gets a special role in the regions of mass tourist flow and in Moscow, which is as the Russian tourist «Mecca». The article presents the results of complex sociological research aimed at assessment of foreign tourists' satisfaction level with the quality of tourist services in Moscow, in order to determine the effective activities which implementation will lead to the increase of the capital tourist attractiveness.
