Package programme policy of organization of safety in educational institutions: foreign experience and practice

The article deals with the practice of the row of foreign states aimed at the counter-extremism and the harmonization of the relations between students in educational institutions. There is revealed the complex character of the policy of the safety support in educational institutions that includes the organization of the physical security of students and staff in educational institutions, the measures of the development of the positive environment of education and upbringing and the creation of the secure school climate.
