Complex transformations in the translation of socio-political texts from French into Russian

This article examines the use of complex transformations in the translation of socio-political texts from French into Russian based on the material of the French press. In the course of the study, a comparative analysis of the original and translated sentence is carried out, in which the translator used six different lexical, grammatical and complex transformations simultaneously.
