Comprehensive method for assessing university rating on labor motivation of the professor-teaching staff

In this article, the authors propose the development of an approach to assessing the activities of the university on the motivation of the faculty. Moreover, the estimates for the implementation of motivational factors are calculated taking into account their weight. The methodology for assessing the rating of a university by the motivation of the teaching staff is described step by step, and its testing was carried out on the data of one of the universities in Kazakhstan.
