The article analyses possibilities of the programmed training and specificity of its application in practice of foreign language teaching at the military school. The author considers the set of training programs as a way of individualization for foreign language self-preparation of military school students. The conclusion is that this complex allows to improve management of independent activity of cadets, to develop their ability for self-organisation and self-control.
