Концепция центрального соотношения в стоматологии: современный взгляд на проблему (обзор литературы)

Понятие центрального соотношения вызывает много споров в стоматологии, а его определение менялось много раз на протяжении истории. Целью данной статьи является оценка научности понятия центрального соотношения. Рассмотрены взаимоотношения окклюзии и височно-нижнечелюстного сустава, обоснованность применения концепции центрального соотношения в клинической практике. Современные научные исследования ставят под сомнение использование концепции центрального соотношения при лечении пациентов с наличием пар зубов-антагонистов.
