The problem of readiness for pedagogical concern of future teachers is considered. There is presented the description of the concept of developing the readiness for the pedagogical concern of future teachers at the university. The results of its approbation on the basis of Blagoveschensk State Pedagogical University in the period 2022–2025 are given. The prospects of implementation of the Concept are pointed out.
