Conception of the development of the professional culture of the specialists in the sphere of physical education and sport in the system of higher education

The article deals with the conception of the development of the professional culture of specialists in the sphere of Physical Culture and Sport in the system of higher education. There are defined the urgency, the aim, the basic idea, the function and the complex of the states composing the theoretical and methodological basis, the categories and concepts field of the conception and providing the complexity of the author’s conclusions and the prospects of their further usage in the pedagogical theory and practice.
