Concept and models of the diversification management of enterprise activity by indicators of concurrence of spatiotemporal goals for the enterprise and staff development

The article develops the theory and complements the methods of quality assessment of enterprise diversification process management by indicators of concurrence of spatiotemporal imbalances of sustainable development goals in a dynamic environment. Achieving goals requires identification of methodological proposals for combining the elements of the diversification process to enhance the stability of enterprise development. The management mechanism contributing the increase of openness and cyclically variable degree of connectivity of objects is proposed. The processes of sustainable development in a long-run period are provided by the best exchange of energy, matter or information with each other. The extension of the economic-managerial content of the concept of activity diversification according to these indicators made it possible to supplement the classification of forms and methods of diversification, to formulate the concept and to concretize the principles of the management quality improvement in a cyclic model of the diversification management mechanism. The concept of cyclic management of performance prediction of diversification and sustainability of the development process is proposed, which involves the multiple-factor assessments of the process in the organization of integral and coordinated use of complex of methods. The authors implement an algorithmic model of regulation of spatiotemporal imbalance of diversification goals. In order to effectively apply the law of conservation of organization theory, the authors specify the principle of advanced implementation of management innovation with the formation of an integrated model of methods and mechanisms of diversification management. An effective methodical approach to the improvement of management quality using a sustainable development mechanism is proposed. The study substantiates the use of the principle of cyclic processes of diversification methods by feedback, estimated according to the effectiveness of spatiotemporal goals being taken into consideration. This will improve the stability of processes in iteration cycles. The results of the application of methods should be evaluated under the terms of reducing the imbalance of goals, expressing the interests of the objects and subjects of multidisciplinary and multi-professional types.
