The article is concerned with the summarized results of the organization and carrying out of post-graduation training of foreign language teachers of Perm region in the advanced training courses. The features of the developed technique are discussed. The author describes in detail the goals and objectives of the methodology of advanced training courses of the first and second levels. It is emphasized that these courses are aimed at improving of teachers’ proficiency, acquisition of practical skills in foreign language teaching.
