The article analyzes "talent and leadership", as well as aspects of effective student activity in the era of digitalization from the perspective of modern business psychologist Thomas Chamorro Premuzich. Talent is an essential asset for organizations. The gap in productivity between high performing and average teachers ranges from 50% in low complexity jobs to 800% in very high complexity jobs. That's why in any team, department or organization, an accurate measurement of collective productivity will show that a small proportion of people in the group (20% or less) have a disproportionately large responsibility to obtain the largest share of income, results, profits, etc. (80% or more). Identifying, motivating and retaining these “few vital” employees significantly increases success at the university.
