Conceptual university model for identifying, supporting and accompanying gifted children in the educational process

The federal project «Success of Every Child», which is part of the national project «Education», provides for a set of measures to develop additional education for children in Russia. The article attempts, on the basis of objectivity and analysis of the problem, as well as systematization of practical experience in conducting this type of activity, to describe a conceptual model for organizing work with children at the university, to identify key principles and tasks, to outline promising directions for further development, taking into account general trends in the field of education.
