The problem of tutor support of students’ development at the stage of professional training is discussed. Conceptual model of tutor support of professional training is presented and proved from the point of view of system synergy, social personality, competence context and reference personal approaches. In author’s view conceptual model of tutor support of student development structurally includes the main research idea (concept), general provisions, applicability borders, notions and categories, complex of conceptual ideas and efficiency regularities. The research discloses attributative (essential) regularities and efficiency regularities. The increase of of the nearest development zone due to tutor priority development and, correspondingly, larger zone of his nearest development at productive cooperttion with student is proved.
