Conceptual approach to the formation of quality of safe dairy products produced in Ural region

The author analyzes the system of organization of management of dairy products production processes. The system is oriented on producing safe products under the poor ecological conditions of obtaining raw milk. The author offers a concept of modeling processes taking into account the consumer demands and information exchange in a commodity chain.
